Cancellation

At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by either: lib-caps.com, the Controller, or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, by chat, or by telephone. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred until the date of the termination. Subscribers may cancel at any time by going to their profile and clicking "Membership"and canceling membership or by contacting our support department through the contact options listed on or online directly with the Site by following the links provided in their transaction receipts.

Refunds

No refunds are given by lib-caps.com. All transactions are final. Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by rare occasion by contacting customer support. Although no refund is ever guaranteed. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. Cancelation for all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with Section 9, Cancellation. Lib-caps.com reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to the Site at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by lib-caps.com for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Lib-caps.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.

Disputes

Disputes are thoroughly investigated. Lib-caps.com uses 3D authentication to ensure the person making transactions is the cardholder. For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure (3DS) requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. A Subscriber may experience difficulties in making a first payment if; the Subscriber is new and has entered the wrong information for 1. Billing address, 2. CVC code, or 3. Incorrect name attached to the 1. Billing address. 

We reserve the right to record the proper information to protect us from fraud to answer disputes in a corrective and organized manner.
